• Monitor and adjust acquisition requirements to meet the demands of the Operations teams
• Launch and monitor acquisition actions (campaigns via ATS, partnerships, etc.) 
• Make telephone calls to prospective Drivers
• Monitoring Drivers: training, levels, rebriefs, community activities, content creation, etc.
• Onboarding and activating candidates in our various business segments
• Optimising and improving the registration funnel and internal processes

• Experience in the logistics industry
• Well networked in the industry and have many useful contacts
• Analytical, dynamic mindset and well structured
• Enjoy working with people, are communicative and a team player
• Good command of written and spoken German and English
